I want to add a GPU to my laptop with a express card to PCI adaptor. I also don't don't have a express card slot so I'm using USB to express card adaptor. Will it work? Please help. my laptop is a Toshiba satellite c55d b5310
A usb to pci will not work. You do have a pci slot. It is being used by your wireless card. You can use a usb wifi card to stay online. You can get a laptop pci adapter from walmart, and if your laptop's drivers do not accept it, then you can return it. Also, you will have to plug a monitor into the external gpu (which will need a power supply to turn on). I would love to see how many for fps you get when you game with an external gpu.
