Address Book shortcut

is there a way to open the Outlook Address Book without open Outlook itself?
Eventually i want to create a shorcut to Address Book of Outlook 2010 (not Contact) in my desktop, im looking for cli like.
outlook.exe /select "outlook:sent items"
but i cant find anything similar to Address Book.

Not a very straightforward process.

Outlook data is save in files like .pab, .pst, .ost.....

You might be able to do an export (.cvs file format) and then see the information.
