Hi,

If you mean you're locked out from the Windows login the only way around that issue is to reformat your laptop or if you created a password reset disk you can use that to unlock yourself. But if you don't have one again you'll need to format your laptop back to factory settings using a System Recovery disc that you may received with your laptop when you first got it.
