My computer says that I "require administrator priveleges", but I

already am administrator! I am also running the program as

administrator.I am using a Packard Bell laptop with Windows 8.1

It may be unrelated but the boot section of the BIOS gives the ability

to set priority for CD/DVD and external USB CD/DVD but wont boot from

either. They don't even appear in the f12/boot menu! How was Windows

loaded initially and how does one wipe & reload Windows?

And what does this application actually do?

The entire first screen of google results for "Autodata v3.45" is all pirated software.
All of them.

OK then!
So a possibly pirated piece of software, that most likely contains some type of malware/virus is asking for Admin privileges... and you're OK with that?

Right-click on the installation package and select Run as Administrator. See what that does.
