Adobe Flash Player hardware acceleration issue

Hello, I have this issue where the hardware acceleration option keeps resetting every time I close and open Google Chrome. I want to keep it off but it keeps getting turned on again when I close Google Chrome.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry that I wasn't clear enough. I know how to use the enable/disable option in your first link but the problem is that the settings reset.

This is the scenario: I disable HW Acceleration, close and open Google Chrome and HW Acceleration is turned off but when I close Google Chrome again and re-open it, HW Acceleration is ON again.

It keeps resetting the option randomly.
