Ads on Chrome even with uBlock or Adblock

So I obviously gets sex ads and penis enlargement ads on Chrome. Mostly on Youtube like this

I also lost the Read More button due to this BS problem

So the thing is, I don't get these kind of ads on Mozilla Firefox. So the first thing I do is run the adwcleaner by Malwarebytes.. It scanned 32 threats and I deleted them yet the problem still exist.

I never encountered this problem before. I mean how can I still see those ads when I have uBlock turned on? So how can I fix this problem?

try running chrome without any addon/extension other than ublock
