Getting Ads on Google Search with Ad Block

Hello everyone.

Something really annoying happening right now.
Started 2 weeks ago.

When i search on Google search for anything, after about 2/3 seconds the page will then shows ads for the top 5/6 results.
They don't show straight away - comes a few seconds later.

I am not getting ads anywhere else. Have ad block installed.

It is driving me crazy. As when i got to click on the top search straight away, by the time few seconds have passed the ads appear and i end up clicking them!!

So far tried -

Ran anti-virus.
Ran malwarebytes.
Checked extensions for any bad ones.
Checked control panel for any malware programs.
Already have ad blocker installed.
Updated chrome.

Any advice before i go mad?

Tried -

So, AdBlock and AdBlock Plus do allow certain ads to go through on their extensions. I'd reccomend trying Privacy Badger or uBlock origin for your browsing needs.

Tried privacy Badger - worse than ad block. Getting even more ads.
Never got these Google ads before with ad block. My brother got exactly same ad blocker with Chrome and doesn't get these ads

Yes signed in.
I have reset all setting in Chrome - and that has fixed it (for now).
Tried this 2 days ago and they came back after few hours - so will see how long this lasts.

uBlock Origin and Ghostery gets 99% of ads for me. AdBlock Plus sold out a few years ago and they let certain ads through.

Issue just with chrome? try disable all extension except the ad blocker.

Well no ad blocker or pop-up blocker is going to stop those if they are just listed as hits on a Google search page. I'd be tempted to try a different web browser just out of curiosity.
