Advantage for CPU or GPU?

What CPU/GPU combination would you choose in terms of game playing:
i7 4500u with HD 8870m 2 GB GDDR5 (advantage GPU) at 1600x900 or
i7 3630qm with Gt 740m 2 GB DDR3 at 1366x768 or
i7 4702mq with Gt 750m 4 GB DDR3 at FHD 1080p?

Would the cpu in the firs t option be a problem in gaming or would it bottleneck? And if it bottlenecks, shouldn't the performance then be equal to the others'?

nope first option wont bottleneck ,first option is the best

DDR5
Has better GPU
4TH gen processor
Only advice no matter what dont go for the 2nd one its a crap considering other two
