Advent verona white screen at boot

Hello,when i press the power button,after a few second the whole screen is white,i opened the laptop i unpluged the connectors and put back in,and the screen aswell,and nothing,the same is all white,i connected an external monitor,is working very good,but the laptop screen is white,what can i do ?

is not this, i can see the HDD,everithing is working with an external monitor,i should reinstal the windows ?
