hey fellas. my dad is 78 now and my mom is 89, and they love nature programs. my dad bought his last television which was a 32" "HD" television in 1992. an old crt that weighs 900lbs. today i brought both of them into walmart to watch a 55"samsung flatscreen in 4k with 120 motion rate; they had a nature program running on their display model. they were blown away by it. dad said 'how does this work? and he looked behind the unit as if he could see where the display was coming from!
long story short my dad does not beleive what the internet says. "only black and white news" he says. so i ask can you upload or point to me a site or a that explains what '4k' is and why there are no green and red bars when you look close at these new monitors in television. i have to be able to print it out onto paper for him to read. just the facts about resolution and how we got there. i can only say "this is the new technology now dad" but he wants to know 'how'
