it has a comfortable backlit keyboard and it comes with i7 cpu starting with the 720 and going all the way up to 940xm.
it has hdmi and its an overall great laptop.
it costs around 1300-1500

Hi there,

You should check out the Sony Vaio EC. It has an i5 processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics, so it is great for casual gaming, entertainment, and basic productivity. If you are looking for a high powered gaming laptop, check out the Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q880. It has an 18.4" screen and is made for gaming.

What do you think?

This may sound a bit... Out of touch but have a look at an alienware. An m15x with an i5 and awsome graphics. Backlit keyboard and really snazzy looks :) 2 times lighter that the sony above :)
