After 80%charging green light become constant but how do know it is fully charged (100%)with out turning it on

I have a lenovo V110 model lap
I noticed that the green light (charging indicator) become constant at 80%and above . But how could i know if it is fuly chargef(100 %)? .with out turning it on

I know of no way to know for certain without turning it on. You could, however, time how long it takes to charge. That would give you a general idea of when it would be done.
