Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the batter and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then test it after it boots up.
- If it doesn't work try it in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- If it work normally in Safe Mode do a virus/malware cleanup.

- Once done with the cleanup reboot your laptop to the normal mode and see if it resolves the issue.
- If these doesn't work just try creating a new profile and see if the same problem will persist.
- Last step you can do if all these will not work is to run a complete factory reset.
