after updating to Window 10 it was extremely slow. I reset to Window 7 and both IE and Google Chrome are not woirking. Help!

after updating to Window 10 it was extremely slow. I reset back to Window 7 but both IE and Google Chrome have stopped working.
Problem Event name: APPCRASH
Help please!

Try clearing the registry, reinstall Chrome and delete some W10 leftovers.
