AGGREGATED LINK SPEED - STUCK @ 100mbs

Hi all,

I am having issues with my pc's link speed. I have tried everything i can find online and 0 results.

The link speed is set @ 100mbps and will not change, i have changed the Speed & duplex etc. and still nothing. double checked my motherboard to ensure it can take more and it can. double checked the Ethernet cable and it is cat 6 and ive double checked my strong power line 1000. all checks out but yet still stuck at 100mbps.

PLEASE HELP!!
