Hi ijust brought a aiptek 5200 camera from a second hand store, and i
have noticed the battery is running out.
I downloaded the manual, and it says i can recharge the battery via
usb.
I have the type of connection lead and have tried to recharge it doing
the instructions but it doesnt seem to be working.
The battery looks alot like a battery from a mobile phone.
Can anybody help with this.
Can i buy a certian charger or is there something im doing wrong.
Thanks guys.Pete

Usually, recharging by USB is pretty slow (USB does not have a high
currrent rating and is only suitable for recharging small batteries).
Such a device will almost certainly need to be switched off in order to
charge - but connected to a running PC, of course, otherwise the USB
won't be 'live'..

better return the device, and save some money for a photo camera. aiptek's
are not meant for people.
