i just ordered an alienware 13 laptop for 999$ ...i was very happy and confident about it until i chanced upon some very bad reviews about alienware laptops. i am not a heavy gamer but i woud love to be able to play Shadow of Mordor and FIFA 15 on it. the system specs of the games say that i should be able to play these games easily on my new computer. kindly would you please throw some light on that matter

Which version did you get? The 860m or 980m?
Im guessing its the 860m for the price.

You will be able to play them just fine... you won't be playing on Ultra settings or anything, though.

This chart should give you an idea of what to expect (if your monitor is 1920 x 1080p resolution).

The pages i found said the alienware 13 has a screen that is 2560 x 1440 resolution. The 860m will not perform as well in the games on that chart, at 2560 x 1440 resolution.
