Alienware 13 R3

I recently purchased an Alienware 13 R3 from dell. In terms of performance, it works great. Unfortunately the screen leave me wanting as it is (1366 x 768). Is it possible to get a 1080p replacement screen?

You might need to cross refernce the SKU of your unit since there are a number of them out there but see if this helps you out...? I worked on a Dell XPS 15z and it came with a limited edition 1080p screen on a 15" form factor where all others in it's time were 1366x768.
