Put your laptop details into that link and see what they say. You should be able to run the game. But maybe only at low settings.

It is possible. The following link show that the GTX 860m can get an average performance of 49.6 FPS @ 1080p + ultra settings. However, that is with a quad core i7-4710HQ.

However, you will likely get lower performance with a dual core i5 CPU. The below CPU performance chart shows that there is a performance difference between the dual core i3-2120 and the quad core i5-2500k both clocked at 3.3GHz.
