I'm at a loss at what to do. Earlier this morning, I recieved a BSOD out of nowhere, my laptop booted normally, and I decided to play a game. After starting the game, I realized it was running much slower then it was the night before, and I realized that my Nividia gpu was missing from Device manager.
I followed some guides with fixes, but have not had much luck yet.
I uninstalled the Nividia drivers, and attempted to reinstall them from Dell's website, but they are unable to detect the hardware.
The Geforce GTX card shows up in Bios as the discrete card, but I am unable to make it appear anywhere else.
I have tried using FN + F5 to swap to discrete graphics, and have tried to reinstall the drivers multiple times.
Any help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.
