Alienware 17 not charging

So for awhile my alienware 17 hasn't been charging, this is due to someone yanking my charging cord out which I believe broke the port on the laptop, Is this something I can use a trick to work or do I need to take it to a Repair Shop?

Wait a second... weren't you the one alienware owner that reported having trouble installing memory into his laptop? If that's the case then DAMN! Your laptop is x---ed up!

You can't fix the port unless you know how to solder under a microscope. Yes, repair shop is your only answer.
