Alienware ALW14-1870sLV use without battery?

Guys,
Sorry for the noob question, but I have a doubt regarding my Alienware ALW14-1870sLV 14-Inch Gaming Laptop.

I would like to use it plugged in, without the battery, but I cant find were to take out the battery.
Is it possible that there's no way to take it out, or I am missing something?

The battery is screwed inside the case on this model. You can probably remove it, but it would involve taking off the back plate and I don't know how easy that is with this design.
