Im on my now 3rd R15 (3 a charm) there no way the same issue can be happening in all three but it is. Google a Dell thread "alienware R15 Fan Error" . When the computer goes into sleep mode it crashes and fan error pop up on the screen. They've changed all the fans, undated, reloaded, nothing work. They finally admit a problem with no timeline of a fix. I love the design. The computer is super fast but this problem is spreading and no one is covering it.
