Alienware M18x R2 Motherboard Broken

Hello, after 2 years of usage my M18x R2s motherboard died on me. and the warranty is already done. i need help please. is there an extended warranty that i can buy? repair cost will be around $700. or do i need to buy a desktop? if so do you guys know any gaming desktop? i like to play counter strike, league of legends, skyrim. please help.
