If you want to know the detailed monitor specs, your best option is to use a diagnostics app like HWiNFO64/32. This isn't the only such app available, of course, but it is free and can be downloaded here:

You can now select 'Monitor' on the menu to the left and get the exact and full name of your display panel.
Windows doesn't really care what brand of monitor is used. It just has to conform to basic PnP protocols. GeForce Experience only shows resolution info, while AMD's Radeon Crimson app includes the brand name of your monitor(s).
