Alienware's m5550i Notebook Means Business

hello my issue is with the m5500i-r3 series i got it for a good price but couldnt power on the system so i removed all wires cmos battery ect and now it keeps turning on off on off on off over and over untill i remove the battery how do i fix please help me!!!!!!
