Question All headphones have a static noise (in games)

Just recently I've bought a new pair of headphones so I can finally rid myself of the horrible static noise that I thought came with my old headphones. But, to my surprise, these ones have the same problem. I have all enhancements disabled in playback, drivers are updated, I've even tried 2 other pairs of headphones and they all have static noise on my PC, while in others, they don't. I've just opened my PC and I saw that the end of a wire (part you plug in) was hanging and was in direct contact with my gpu, but I doubt that is the problem. Any ideas? The static only happens in games as far as I know. It's any game that it happens in, doesn't matter how demanding the game is.
