Amazon fire streaming stick & Olevia TV

I received an Amazon fire streaming stick and registered and installed it properly as directed. Have subscription to Netflix but when I try to get a movie with the stick, I hear the movie but no picture - a message comes up HDCP unauthorized, content disabled. Does anyone know what I can do to correct this???? Please help

HDCP is High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection. Turn down the resolution. (there's an app for that)
