Well, after seeing what happend with Microsoft Skydrive and keeping in mind that apple provide the same services with itunes.......

I don't think so. It's probably the same reason Netflix took so long to get to Android. Hollywood insists that any video streaming app used for their movies be locked tight so you can't intercept the stream and save it. iOS represents the largest number of devices you can add with a single version, so its port gets done first. Due to slightly different hardware, the port for each Android device must be independently approved by the Hollywood overseers, so its lower priority and takes longer.
