Amazon Video won't login on Samsung Smart TV

I have a Samsung UN40EH5300. For the first time we tried logging into Amazon Video. Upon attempting to login we keep getting a message that says "Unexpected error occurred during Sign-In. Please Try again". We can enter a completely bogus username or email and get the same message.
If we try the Register on Website option or try syncing the device with the web, the screen just spins for 5 seconds and nothing happens.

Any suggestions.

Figured it out. Had to update the firmware for the TV. (menu->software update)
