AMD Driver undetectable

Latest amd driver update removed catalyst and amd settings didn't open ,so I uninstall drivers and unfortunately used IObit uninstaller to remove remaining files of amd and for some reason now my AMD card is undetectable 🙁 and can't install latest driver it says that driver not detected by amd contact for help

LOOK man thx I have downloaded latest driver from amd from here https://www2.ati.com/drivers/radeon-crimson-16.3.2-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit.exe
second one in this page cuz for reason 1st doesn't work for me http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows+7+-+64
and your file tells me that i have latest updates already even when i uninstall settings
THE PROBLEM IS AMD SETTINGS DOESN'T WORK !!!
and there's not amd catalyst anymore thanks to latest driver update 🙁

open up your device manager does it show your video card there? does it show a yellow or red symbol by it?

yes amd catalyst was replaced by "amd radeon settings" its still has all the same settings just a different look.

Hay i have same problem , i can`t install ATI video driver , installation starts and around mid installation screan go black and i must retsrat pc. When i turn on pc driver is not installed.
What is that?

no I have fixed that but amd settings doesn't open up for me at all so i can't change games from power saving to maximun and cause problems in games due power saving will use intel gpu instead of amd
Somehow i made to download both catalyst and amd settings worked perfectly in in games U find fps drop sometimes lag screen but fps is high
so I uninstalled amd settings only for some reason it unintalled catalyst as well
