Refurbished Lenovo flex 4:
http://www.microcenter.com/product/478738/Flex_4_15_156_2-in-1_Laptop_Computer_Refurbished_-_Black

According to the microcenter (where I bought it) specs, it has a r7 m460
The original problem was that the laptop was using the intel integrated graphics instead of the dedicated graphics.
In an attempt to fix the problem, I updated the drivers of radeon settings.
Suddenly, the hardware was registered as a m360, but 3rd party software such as afterburner still says it's a m460. The laptop still uses the intel graphics and "Additional settings" is missing from the radeon settings. (First time experience with a radeon graphics card and personal laptop)

Please help on both of these problems.

Note: Before I updated the radeon settings, the graphics card was registered as a r7 m460.

Solution
That is extremely odd. Try downloading the most recent version from AMD. If that doesn't resolve it you may want to contact them as that setting should be there.
Try these...

A. Uninstall, and then reinstall, the latest graphics card driver.
B. Make sure that your AMD graphics card is set as the default graphics card.

Here's the steps on how to set it to default.

1. Open the "Control Center".
2. Select "Manage 3D Settings" under 3D Settings.
3. Click on the "Program Settings" tab and select the program you want to choose a graphics card for from the drop down list.
4. Now select "preferred graphics processor" in the drop down list. (You can see what the automatic option is listed as global setting) If you want to use the dedicated graphics card, select High-performance AMD processor.

Once it is running on the right one, test the system again and see if the problem persists.

For ATI/AMD graphics cards the process varies.

You may need to open graphics then PowerPlay and set plugged in and/or battery to maximize performance.

You can also try going to graphics then 3D and move the slider to performance. Your computer may also have a switchable graphics tab where you can change the settings for individual programs.

Thanks for the quick response!

Unfortunately, "Manage 3d graphics" is nowhere to be found.

Additionally, Powerplay is not available (at least I don't know where to find it) as "Additional settings" is gone.

I might be blind, but I still can't find it. Here is the radeon settings control panel:

https://ibb.co/me4DA6 (As you can see, there are no applications running)

As stated in the original problem, "Additional settings" is missing from the radeon settings.
