AMD Turion II M520 2.30 GHz VS Intel core i3 - 330M

Hi,
I am planning to buy a laptop for my day today work(No gaming) but will use lot of other applications like Visual Studio 2008, Photoshop and MS office simultaniously. I have narrowed down to Toshibha (Model L505D-ES5025) AMD Turion II M520 2.30 GHz or Dell Inspiron 15 Intel core i3 - 330M.
I am looking for speed and performance. Guys, plz help me out in choosing one of these laptops
