Can I upgrade amd 10 series proceessor to i7

Short answer: No

Long answer they use different socket and chipsets, on a desktop the upgrade would require atleast a motherboard upgrade, on a laptops it just not going to happen as motherboard and chassis are made for each other and it's extremely unlikely there is a motherboard that fits your laptop and supports an i7.
