AMD's Gaming Evolved App can record gameplay

The latest version of AMD Raptr has a video recorder, called Game DVR, it's currently in Beta. It claims that it will use AMD's VCE, so users would not notice ANY performance decrease during gameplay while recording. Just like NVIDIA's ShadowPlay (NOT SURE).

Tell me what you think about this.

I think it's cool. I already use the recorder built into Afterburner though.
