Your universal will work, unless the analog receiver is so old to have
a wierd block frequency, or i not block at all.

actually I did get it working
was watching the pistons kill the Lakers last night
but there is a problem
ever few seconds I get inference
I found out its the sg2100 motor talking to the receiver
if I bypass the sg2100 the pictures is much clearer
is there a switch or some kind a way I can bypass the motor when watching
analog signals?

will a standard dc block f connector possible work? What does the 2100 send
to the receiver? DC..???? I was watching an analog program on SBS6 with my
..9m Ku dish, which is connected to a sg 2100 and also saw some interference.

Im thinking either a filter betweeen the analog and the digital reciever, or
some kind of switch that
can bypass the motor and go straight to the lnb
