Analog TV from internet through Roku (Is converter needed?)

ARTIST WANTS TO USE ANALOG TV (GREAT PICTURE QUALITY). IS THERE A CONVERTER THAT CAN TRANSMIT FROM INTERNET TO ROKU TO ANALOG?

the roku express+ is designed with older tv's in mind and has the old school RCA outputs. if the tv does not even have those then yes, you'd need an adapter to convert to whatever it is the tv has.
