Solved! Android IVIEW Tablet

So I have an iview tablet and it has the Orion for bluetooth tethering but no bluetooth Option so I can't connect headphones or any other device. What's with that?

You would have to look at the specs for the device, and the manual. Some IViews are Android based and some are actually Windows based. Also, if you just bought it, and it isn't functioning correctly, then you may want to return it and get them to give you one that is functioning correctly.
