Android MBO E7

Hello.

So, I have this Chinese android phone - MBO E7 (image below), and when I am trying to turn it on it freezes on Android screen.

Supposedly I need to reset or flash it, but I don't how to reset it with external buttons (it only has Power and Volume buttons).

I need to know how to flash and reset it, and what is best .rom for this phone?

I managed to turn phone on, but now I need .rom for it. Can some upload it?..
