seems to me the 3rd party retailer broke quite a few consumer protection laws, selling a used phone with some one elses data on it. i wonder if the woman only bought it because they had it marked as discounted open box merchandise like they are supposed to do. what idiot would buy a product advertised as new if it wasn't in a sealed box? is this woman blond? was the phone marked as previously used or demo model? why didn't store employees wipe the pervious users data on the phone, i mean if the woman digs into he phone a bit more , she might find the dudes credit card info on there still and order heself a few prada shoes and hand bags (1 bag per hand job video limit in all fairness would not be so wrong) for the inconvience of the porn, instead of handing over the phone to the authoritay's (like kyle's mom would if she got a phone full of mrs cartman porn) as well as digging for the former owners email info and letting him know what she did and what the store did. so many questions and soooo many ways this could have been handles much better. she could have at the least demanded a new phone for free as well as a full refund before going to the press with this story, from the store.
