And ANOTHER thing: this guy's case was reviewed in appeal including the Supreme Court not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES in all those years. Finally, a shell casing found at the site was fired from the same gun another murder victim this guy was suspected of killing (that never went to trial). So get off your soapbox. The Justice System did what it was designed to do. You weren't there, and neither were those thousands of idiot protesters in Atlanta who hate the death penalty (yeah that's right, they weren't REALLY protesting his execution you emotion-driven hysteric).

I had to quote this crazy for posterity, and ask again: how would there be DNA evidence to prove he pulled a gun? Also, while I can appreciate that you are against the death penalty, you should really should do a bit more homework on cases like this before spouting off about them. Finally, playing the sympathy card for this guy's life while ignoring the family that the murdered police officer left behind seems a bit in poor taste.

I just read this part again, and the irony is overwhelming. You say all this, yet you are against any sort of punishment to deter a man from killing another man. You're working against this world you envision, all because you think any sort of consequence for misbehavior can only be fascism. There's a middle ground, and I suggest you try to find it. If the rich rule over the poor, and the poor suffer and live misrable lives then that will continue the cycle of hate, they will try to rob people to get money, they will kill if need be to live.

A person sweats, a persons sweat takes skin cells and the oil from there hand also leave's residue on the weapon, allowing for finger print identification as well as DNA proof that he indeed was the one who touched the gun.
But as memory serves me right, they couldn't even find a Murder weapon.

Where'd you get your facts?
They couldn't even find the murder weapon, and also for that, if I'm so wrong then why is there about 300,000 as well as the UNITED NATIONS.

These are the types of people that lay about on Wall street to "protest". They may be educated yet have no ability to critically think. They hear something to grab onto and react with out involving their brain. He obviously so oblivious to facts he has yet to figure out the difference between "There" "Their", and "There".

Whiterose is such a person. My link was 404 as the board truncated it. Yet the person is not really interested enough to use Google to find any facts. Facts coming from the actual public records of the case not from what he hears on the news.

I'm curious what countries you've traveled to where you've experienced this. I've traveled extensively and have not found this to be the case AT ALL. Generally the gripes of governments and media machines are just that, and people get along pretty darn well on a personal level.

Murder weapon disposed of in some manner, but a shell casing matched up with his known weapon from another incident where he shot someone. Still not seeing where DNA evidence would come into it here. There's no place for DNA to prove or disprove the anything. If you had a weapon with traces of DNA on it, then sure. But you don't, so....
