Another application has exclusively access to the file Services.evtx -HELP

While uninstalling Adobe Photoshop 2015 CC, I get this msg and I don't know where it is linked to.

" Another application has exclusive access to the file
C://Windows/system32/winevt/Logs/Security.evtx
Please shutdown all applications then click Retry "

And I don't know which application should I close to continue the process. Help me plz.

Windows Event Viewer perhaps...
