Antenna Repeater... Does one exist?

Have a Vizio TV and an RCA antennae. Reception changes throughout the day. Is there such a thing as a "repeater" for TV signal?

Hoping there might be a kit that might bounce signals into room to the indoor antenna. Guidance sought

You want an outdoor or attic antenna, connected to an amplifier, with the cable coming down to your TV. The amplifier is important because without it, the signal gets weaker as it travels the length of the cable. And by the time it reaches your TV it'll probably be weaker than your indoor antenna.

A repeater would need to broadcast on the same frequency as the original TV station, making them illegal without a broadcast license.
