Anti commercial/malware/spyware programs?

Greetings.

I am wondering if there's any good software for removing commercial / Malware / Spyware?
Last night I got hit by some commercial stuff, I found out one is called "Nova Rambler". I cleared the addons in the browsers. I have tried removing the 'nova rambler' manually. Think I got it all, even checked and tried removing some of those files in the Regedit. Also fully scanned with both Avast and Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes did find some stuff in the register and quarantined those files. However none of those were 'nova rambler'.
Is there anything else I can do? When I open a browser and try searching for something on Google. I get weird ads (Which you normally can see on Google which usually have something in common with what you're searching for in Google). But those ads I see are far from my search. So I'm getting a bit nervous. I have tried most things. Is there any programs that can find those sneaky hidden spyware/malware? Any help is most dearly appreciated!
