Gigabyte is cool but I found a cheaper one. Is it better?

As you can see with $6 more expensive i can get a 16GB ram, but the Battalion has a better CPU Should I get the Zeusbook or the Battlion?

just add 16 GB RAM and the 7200rpm 1TB disk, that's the exact same set-up for 50$ less, better cooling, probably even better build quality and IC Diamond (the fangbook may or may not be pasted at all since it is not specified) shipping through UPS is free, and the displayed price is the final price since it's tax-free. You can even save like 80$ if you order from xoticpc without an OS installed, I heard their service is pretty good, and they discount 2-3% if you pay in cash or wire-transfers (you'd rather pay full price if your bank gets a fee for wire-transfers though)

edit: also note it's got a blu-ray reader/CD-DVD Writer (it's 35$+ for the blu ray writer), Intel Dual Band AC which is good if your router supports ac (otherwise it's pretty much the same),
