Any laptop which under INR 25,000 can run auto cad smoothly? please suggest me i am confused

I am confused that will intel hd 4600 graphics will work or i should go with amd radeon r5 m330?

It can run it sure, smoothly, not for anything past basic projects. That is under $400 USD which is a basic use system. You can get a used laptop for that much, say a W530 workstation that will run it better than any new $400 laptop.
