Any program better than fraps ?

guys i want a program which is better than Fraps , no lag - and reocrd desktop and every thing

Why don't you tell what you need it for? Solely for game recording, fraps is unmatched.

i need it for game recording and photoshop recording , but without eating my fps in game !

Recording is a hard task. That's why it's lagging. If you have a second PC you could get capture card and use it to record, then the second PC would lag and not the one you're playing on.

As for photoshop recording, I heard camtasia studio is decent.

but i see that many gamers record their gameplays like battlefield and mw3 and upload it to youtube , and they dont lag in the videos ! :S

You shouldn't lag with fraps if you're running at 60 fps without fraps. It will take 10-15 fps. However, if you play at 30 fps, fraps will lag.

i play mw3 @ 45 or 40 fps but i lag when i record as hell.

How much FPS drops? What are your computer specs? Are you sure your hard drive is defragmented? Are you recording to different or same drive as your game is in?

Cpu : pentium 4 3.0ghz.
GPU : xfx 9600 1.5GB GSO far cry 2 edition.
Ram : 2 gb DDR2.
PSU : 500W

this my old pc that i use now because am bulding new one i will not finish it now
what is defragmented btw ?

I think I found your issue: pentium 4 is really slow, fraps probably uses too much of it and that's why your games lag.

Get a new GPU. The GTX 700 series has it's own recording program that lets you put all the stress onto the GPU rather that your processor.
