Just asking you guys before I bought it! Also can anyone beat this deal for a 500 GB 7200 rpm hdd? Brand does not matter (as long as you guys know its trustworthy) Thanks!

Thank you! I am not great with pc hardware (I am a CCNA in training) laptops can have 2.5 inch or 3.5 inch hdd right? Are you pretty sure my laptop has a 2.5 inch hdd? I am fairly sure upon visual inspection but they have a sheet of metal over the hdd and I do not want to fool with taking it out until I have the replacement.
