Hello guys,
last few months i am facing this problem. Most of the apps i want to install are either crashing during the installation or they crash after they have been installed and i try to open them.
All of the crashes have this in common when i view problem details, Problem Event Name: APPCRASH and Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll .
Full details of the last crash i faced when i tried to install an app:

I would really appreciate your help. I searched online for a solution but i didn't find anything helpful.
Update**
The problem seems to be with .NET framework.I uninstalled it, re-installed 4.5 version and the apps that were crashing before seems to work fine.
Now my problem is that i need to use 4.6 version but i am unable to install it. i get this message
"
Warnings:
Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Modules Installer Service is not available on this computer.
Just to mention that i am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit .
