This would seem a fair bet.

Alternatively ... Pineapple head CEO figure is in a high tech hospital bed with lots of machines that beep.

This could come with a nurse figurine as an optional extra.

The machines could be programmable like a tamagotchi ... if you don't medicate and feed Steve he dies.
